Barbara Bush Literacy Project
Empowering Irving's next generation through reading. The Irving Republican Women generously donated a set of early reading books by Dr. Seuss to the Irving Public Library. The library recently wrapped up its annual Summer Reading Challenge, which provides educational programs and reading materials aimed at keeping young minds busy during the summer break.

The Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce hosted their August Membership Mixer State of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the DFW area at the Courtyard Dallas Carrollton and Conference Center.
