Matt Rinaldi first won election to the Texas House of Representatives in 2014, and is proud to serve the residents of House District 115, encompassing northwest Dallas County. Representative Rinaldi sits on both the Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence and the Committee on Agriculture & Livestock.
Representative Rinaldi attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Economics, and Boston University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude. He is currently a healthcare attorney, and a corporate director of a publicly-traded real estate investment trust in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Representative Rinaldi is a trusted source on constitutional issues and has spoken extensively on these matters throughout the state and on FoxNews Radio affiliates throughout the country. He is a strong advocate for limited government, pro-liberty and free market policies, secure borders, education, Second Amendment rights, and the protection of life.
Matt is deeply involved in civic and charitable activities across House District 115, and represented under-privileged families in the "Adoption Saturday" project, a program developed to speed the adoption of abused and neglected children in Dallas County. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and an alumnus of Leadership Irving/Las Colinas. Matt attends St. Ann Catholic Parish in Coppell with his wife Corley and son Rush.
